Mohan Murti based in Cologne, Germany since 1995 has been on the
Europe Advisory Board of Samsung SDSI. He is Consultant to Deutsche
Bank, Volkswagen AG and several leading European companies. Mohan
is on the Senior Experts Group of UNIDO – United Nations Industrial
Development Organization- Vienna and, Senior Project Consultant
to World Trade Organization (WTO), Geneva. He also, is on the Europe
Advisory Panel of Indian companies such as i-flex Solutions, and
Geometric Software (Godrej Group).
Prior to this Mohan spent 21 years with CONFEDERATION OF INDIAN
INDUSTRY (CII), holding various offices and finally leaving as Director
– Europe. In these positions he represented the industry body
in India on the one hand providing advice and consultation to the
Indian government and the Indian Industry while emphasizing economic
development. On the other hand he advised leading European Corporations,
Banks, Research Institutions and the German Government on legal,
commercial and marketing aspects of business collaborations with
Indian industry. This engagement led to implementation of 26 joint
ventures and several sourcing and sub-contracting ventures between
European and Indian companies – totally valued at US $650
million. Mohan has built alliances and developed CEO level relationships
with leading European MNCs, industrial houses, Public Utilities,
banks, insurance companies, several European Federal and State governments
and the European Commission in Brussels. Mohan has represented Indian
industry in meetings including the Agenda 21 Meeting held in United
Nations, New York City in 1997, World Bank‘s Aid India Consortium
meeting in Paris, World Trade Organization, Geneva, International
Labour Organization, Geneva & Bangkok, World Economic Forum
Annual Meetings in Davos, Switzerland. Mohan has organized and led
several CEOs Industrial delegations & top level political leaders
Missions from the Indian Government with a view to promote bilateral
trade, industrial cooperation & conclude joint ventures, collaborations.
From 1992 to 1995 Mohan was the Director & Indian Delegate to
UNIDO, Trade and Investment Promotion, Zurich, Switzerland, where
he successfully implemented 22 joint ventures and technical collaborations
– total value of business transacted was US $140 million.
From 1985 to 1986 Mohan was the Indian Delegate to UNIDO, Paris,
France, where he initiated, negotiated and concluded 7 joint venture
projects between French and Indian companies with an FDI flow of
US $28 million into India as part of a team. For these efforts Mohan
was awarded a Fellowship and a Medallion from the French government
and a Commendation and special gift from UNIDO in recognition of
services.
He has served in India, as Member of the Board of Directors of several
State and Technical Committees –including Indian Railways
Users Consultative Committee, Customs & Excise Committee, labour
Advisory Committee. He is founder Member of Indian Society for Instrumentation
under the aegis of the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, Founder

Mohan holds a Law degree from University of Bangalore, India with
concentrations in International Contracts Law. He also, has a Post
Graduate degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management
from the University of Bombay, India. Mohan was the winner of Royal
Commonwealth International Essay Writing Competition, London, UK
and is a Fellow of the French Government Agency for Commercial,
Technical & Industrial Cooperation (ACTIM), Paris, France.

Vasu Murti, based in New Jersey, USA, is an expert in product
life cycle management and has hands on experience in Corporate America
including Lucent Technologies in all aspects of launching/managing
high tech products. Prior to founding INDUS
CONSULTING GROUP Vasu was Director of Product Management
at VPIsystems, a Germany based start-up headquartered in Holmdel
NJ.
Vasu is proactive and results oriented in his approach and has broad
experience in critical aspects of marketing management. His decision-making
and analytical skills combined with planning and organizational
skills have come in handy in coordinating projects from inception
through completion with good results. He always keeps the big picture
in mind and plans appropriate strategies to achieve results. Vasu
has managed multiple assignments efficiently under extreme pressure
while meeting tight deadline schedules. He believes in team building,
facilitating and motivating the people he works with. He has streamlined
existing operations, turned around unprofitable functions, envisioned
new concepts and future trends, and follows through with development,
realization and accomplishment of results. Vasu communicates direction

Kamala
Murti
Kamala has extensive skills in performance modeling and analytical
techniques. Her pro-active and results oriented style together with
her excellent communication skills have enhanced the performance
and marketability of the products she has analyzed. Kamala has had
1-on-1 technical interactions with several major telecom service
providers.
Kamala has 4 patent applications and has written several white papers
and technical papers, and has presented at and chaired conference
sessions.
Presently she is a performance analyst at Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies.
Prior to that, she held a similar post at Bell Communications Research
(Bellcore).
She has a Masters degree in Operations Research from the MASSACHUSETTS
INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (MIT). She also holds a Post Graduate degree
in Education from the UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE, and a Masters degree
in Physics from the UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD.
